Services

Regal Bay provides Wealth Management and Advisory Services through a variety of investment products and arrangements depending on your individual needs and strategy. You may have your investments managed continuously on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis through our Investment Management or Advisory Service respectively.

Our areas of focus include the following Wealth Management Services: Our Investment Advisers have extensive experience in establishing a research intensive investment approach that exploits market inefficiencies and other situations outside the mainstream of conventional investing while minimizing risk. Fundamental and technical analysis is also used by our professional team to evaluate your securities and to make recommendations of purchases and sales. This includes industry, sector and economic market factors before deciding on the appropriate action to take in your account. Based on our understanding of your objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs and time horizon, we, as a fiduciary, will recommend an appropriate investment strategy tailored specifically for you. Once your goals have been established, we will review your account regularly for continued suitability of investments to confirm that your objectives and asset allocations are within your agreed upon guidelines.

More specifically, our areas of focus include the following Wealth Management Services:

  • Investment Management Discretionary Wealth Management Services – Personalized Dynamic Securities Wealth Strategy
  • Investment Advisory – Non-Discretionary Unbundled Managed Account Solutions (UMAS) individualized separately managed accounts focused on retirement and estate planning.
  • Investment Consulting – Overall financial planning, invoiced in arrears or retainers
  • Self-directed 401(K) advice is invoiced directly as investment consulting services. You may elect this option through your employer’s 401(k) program. Trades will be solely executed by you, through a brokerage arrangement made by your employer. This service includes not only personal meetings and phone calls with your Regal Bay adviser, but also individualized research and planning.
  • In-service, non-hardship withdrawal option – Your 401(k) plan may allow you to withdraw your vested balance and move it into a self-directed Individual Retirement Account (IRA) at Regal Bay. Some 401(k) plans allow participants to take withdrawals if they have reached age 59 ½ or have met the requirements specified by the plan document. To find out if your 401(k) plan has a provision for in-service, non-hardship withdrawals, ask for a copy of the plan’s Summary plan Description, which must be provided upon request to plan participants. Or, refer to your year-end 401(k) statement. If your plan allows such withdrawals, the statement may have a separate column that indicates the dollar amount of funds available for in-service withdrawals.
