Steven J. Uyhely

Steven J. Uyhely joined Regal Bay as a technical consultant and Senior Investment Executive with Regal Securities in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He began his financial career as an account executive at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc, in 1979, where he ranked first for two years in the annual in-house portfolio competition. From 1993 to 2002, Steve was the Research Director of a regional broker/dealer. Prior to 1993, he was Director of Technical Research at a securities firm.

Steve has such a passion for the markets that he does primary fundamental and technical research seven days a week, searching for companies with strong earnings as well as businesses that meet his proprietary algorithms and value parameters. After compiling his screen of stocks with the best investment potential, he relies on technical analysis as a timing mechanism. Steve is a strong believer that he must keep studying the markets to continue fine-tuning his investment strategies, because situations are always changing.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Comparative Anatomy, with a concentration in pre-medical studies, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1971.
